Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor / Master degree: Engineering

Technical skills:

  • SYS / SW Development Process 
  • SYS / SW Development Lifecycle (V-Model, Agile)
  • System architecture/integration/validation 
  • System / Software design, SW application, testing activities 
  • Automotive SPICE / CMMI Skilled (preferred, not must)
  • Customer System / Software process specific requirements 
  • QRQC Skilled
  • Problem solving / PDCA-FTA

Soft skills :

  • Japanese fluent (JLPT N3 or higher) and English fluent
  • logical reasoning
  • KPI oriented
  • Kaizen, curious mindset
