Lending Officer

The role

• Manage lending applications end-to-end — from initial assessment through to approval and settlement
• Apply credit judgement across personal and/or retail lending scenarios
• Engage directly with customers in a digital-first environment
• Operate at pace, managing volume without compromising quality
• Contribute to improving processes in a business that is actively scaling

What you bring

• Exposure to lending (home, personal, or SME)
• Solid grounding in credit assessment and lending fundamentals
• Comfortable working outside rigid structures and defined processes
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• A proactive, adaptable approach — you take ownership, not just instructions
