The Role
- Lead electrical design across power and energy projects, including BESS
- Develop HV/LV designs – protection schemes, switchgear, transformers
- Produce and review SLDs, schematics and layouts
- Perform system studies: load flow, fault levels, protection coordination
- Prepare technical reports and present solutions to stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and support team capability growth
- Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer
- 10+ years experience within Australia's resources industry on similiar projects
- Proven experience in utilities or energy project delivery
- Strong capability in ETAP, PowerFactory, CDEGS or similar
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
