About the Role
We’re partnering with a leading IT consultancy to hire a Senior Cisco UC Engineer to support enterprise clients across WA. You’ll join a high-performing team delivering modern Unified Communications and Contact Centre solutions across both on‑prem and cloud environments, including Webex platforms.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll contribute across solution design, delivery, optimisation, and BAU support while working across multiple environments and projects.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll contribute across solution design, delivery, optimisation, and BAU support while working across multiple environments and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support Cisco UC environments (CUCM and associated platforms such as Unity Connection, IM&P)
- Configure dial plans, call routing, SIP trunks, and voice policies
- Implement and support Cisco Contact Centre solutions (UCCX and Webex Contact Centre) including IVR, call flows, and routing logic
- Manage and optimise Cisco CUBE voice gateways
- Deploy and support Webex Calling and hybrid UC solutions
- Troubleshoot complex UC and contact centre issues across voice and application layers
- Act as a technical SME and escalation point across multiple clients
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver designs
- Maintain technical documentation (HLDs, LLDs, runbooks) and support operational excellence
- Strong experience with Cisco CUCM and UC infrastructure
- Proven delivery of Contact Centre solutions (UCCX and/or Webex Contact Centre)
- Hands-on expertise with Webex Calling and Cisco CUBE voice gateways
- Solid understanding of VoIP/SIP protocols, dial planning, and call routing
- Experience working in multi-client or consultancy/MSP environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills
