Deburr Operator

We are seeking a Deburr Operator to support finishing and light assembly of precision aircraft components. This role combines hands-on deburring with basic assembly and hardware installation.

What You’ll Do

  • Remove burrs and sharp edges from machined and sheet metal parts
  • Perform surface finishing based on blueprint callouts
  • Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
  • Use calipers and measuring tools to verify parts
  • Assist with basic assembly and rivet installation
  • Work with aircraft hardware and sheet metal components
  • Use hand tools and shop equipment (grinders, drill press, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in deburring or manufacturing
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Experience working with metal parts and hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment

Details

  • Locations: Tulsa, OK
  • Pay: $18–$24/hr DOE
  • Shift: 1st Shift Mon-Fri - 6a-4:30p
