Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator will include:
  • Ownership of the relevant subcontracts
  • Administration and documentation
  • Assess variations and claims
  • Profit budget forecasting
  • Financial control reporting
  • Regular client interfacing
To be considered for the role of Contracts Administrator you will require:
  • Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
  • Experience working on large scale commercial construction projects in NSW ($80M+)
  • Extensive understanding and proven background managing the Building Services component on major building or civil projects
