The Role
As Commercial Manager, you will provide leadership across a wide portfolio of functions, including:
- Commercial & procurement - contracts, tenders, supplier and logistics management
- Legal - managing legal support, disputes, agreements and compliance
- Human resources - hands-on HR including recruitment support, employment agreements, training systems and performance
- IT & business systems - reviewing, recommending and implementing technology improvements
- Marketing - overseeing website, trade literature, advertising and industry presence
- Business risk - identifying exposure, managing mitigations and the annual insurance review
