Junior Commercial Analyst

You'll start by supporting the team with data collection, reporting and analysis, and progressively take on more responsibility as your confidence and skills develop:

• Help collect, compile and analyse pricing, sales and market data to support management decision-making
• Assist in maintaining pricing systems, ensuring data is accurate and reliable
• Support the preparation of management reports and business performance reviews
• Get involved in budgeting, forecasting and CAPEX planning processes
• Learn how to build cost and profitability analysis (by customer, product and volume)
• Progress toward supporting tender pricing, contract negotiations and commercial proposals
• Work alongside experienced commercial and finance professionals who'll actively coach you

What We're Looking For

• A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, commerce or a related field (recent graduate or early-career welcome)
• Currently working towards, or keen to start, your CA/CPA pathway
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills and a genuine curiosity for working with data
• Naturally analytical; you enjoy digging into numbers to find the "why"
• Good communicator who can explain findings simply, without jargon
• A collaborative attitude, balanced with the ability to work independently once trained
• Eager to learn new systems, processes and different parts of the business
