Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing, service-driven team.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered.
• Assist with the achievement of store budgets across sales, wages, and shrinkage.
• Coach and empower your team through strong training, development, and ongoing support.
• Manage high volumes of apparel and accessories, visual merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Drive company objectives through strong communication, time management, and team motivation.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in high-volume product environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team to success.
• Strong understanding of stock management, time management, and operational budgets.
• Confident communicator with interpersonal skills to easily build connections with team and customers.
• A strong desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectives and drive results.
