About your new role

- $60,000 – $63,000 per annum plus superannuation
- Extra income through penalty rates and monthly bonuses
- $2,000 annual store credit allowance for products

- Run day-to-day store operations, rosters, and trading
- Train, coach, and develop your retail team
- Serve local customers on a busy shop floor
- Organise and manage high volumes of stock
- Report on targets and P&Ls to your Area Manager
- Keep track of sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets
- Solid management background in retail or hospitality
- Experience leading a small team to success
- Comfort handling high volumes of stock
- Great training and coaching skills
- Clear communication and good time management
