Duties
- Identify and analyse WHS risks.
- Develop and deliver WHS programs.
- Advise on WHS legislation and procedures.
- Support and improve WHS management systems.
- Engage with stakeholders on WHS compliance.
- Monitor and report on WHS performance.
Skills & experience
- Strong research and analytical capability to identify and address WHS risks.
- Experience designing, developing and implementing WHS programs.
- In‑depth understanding of WHS legislation, policies and procedural requirements.
- Ability to support, maintain and continuously improve WHS management systems.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration on WHS compliance and issue resolution.
- Experience evaluating WHS activities and delivering clear performance reporting.
