Project Engineer - Bulk Earthworks & NPI

An exciting opportunity exists for two Senior Project Engineers (Civil) to join a growing owner’s team delivering a large-scale mining development in regional Queensland.
We are seeking experienced engineers with a strong background in either:

• Bulk Earthworks & Civil Infrastructure
• Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) including buildings, workshops, offices, camps and associated facilities

Working on a significant greenfield project, you will play a key role in the planning, execution and delivery of critical infrastructure packages, collaborating with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient and successful project outcomes.

About You

• Civil Engineering degree qualification
• 5–8 years' experience delivering mining, resources, infrastructure or major construction projects
• Strong site-based project delivery experience
• Proven contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passionate, driven and solutions-focused approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost and quality outcomes
• Oversee construction activities and contractor performance
• Review engineering deliverables and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, construction and operations teams
• Support project reporting, risk management and commissioning activities
• Champion a strong safety culture and drive best-practice project execution
