HSE Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the go-to HSE contact onsite, working closely with project and contractor teams
• Driving consistent safety standards and compliance across all project activities
• Leading and supporting high-risk work scopes and critical risk management
• Coaching and mentoring teams to build a strong safety culture
• Conducting audits, inspections and assurance activities
• Supporting incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a project-focused HSE role (mining, construction or infrastructure)
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation and safety systems
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Hands-on approach with confidence working in the field with contractors
• Experience delivering audits, risk assessments and safety coaching
