Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Content Manager for one of our clients! They develop and introduce revolutionary technology that reshapes traditional healthcare. Their main product utilizes focused acoustic waves to alleviate pain and activate natural healing. Implementing this type of technology offers chiropractors unprecedented treatment versatility within their clinic. This type of technology has been used by medical institutions all around the world and is now available in the United States. The company is based in Boston, is a team of 25+ people & has big plans to scale. 


The Content Manager would be responsible for creating content for social media posts, generating organic leads, building brand awareness, and a minimal amount of team & administrative tasks. Structure & Compensation


  • Full-time opportunity (40+ hours/wk position)
  • Working hours and availability EST hours
  • Onsite - W2 Position - Office located near the Hynes Convention Center
  • Compensation: $65,000-$75,000/Year Base Salary Depending On Experience + Quarterly bonuses range from $1k - 3k generally 
  • Total OTE $78,000/yr+ 1st Year & In 2nd Year $90,000/yr+
  • Quarterly Bonus for Hitting Objectives / Annual Bonus for Hitting Objectives 
  • Compensation will be reviewed after 6 months for raise


What This Job Entails

  • Develop and implement our online marketing strategy to promote our products to chiropractors.
  • Create and publish engaging content across various channels, including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • You will need to record, edit, and curate content from internal and external sources by working with our team, partners, and clients.
  • You’ll be expected to create 20-30+ usable content posts/videos/photos per month.
  • You will not always be provided with new fresh content, your job will be to find it, create it or create a system for collecting it.
  • You’ll be expected to hit production goals regardless. 
  • You will need to create a system for collecting content from our community.
  • You’ll be expected to generate inbound leads/bookings with qualified prospects who are interested in our products. This is achieved as a result of content production, collaboration, and organic outreach.
  • You’ll be expected to connect with a certain amount of qualified LinkedIn Professionals per week.
  • You’ll be expected to follow a certain amount of new accounts per week on Instagram.
  • You’ll be expected to do 1 influencer/collaboration per month.
  • Attend morning huddles via zoom, 815am EST M W F.
  • Know your numbers at the beginning of every meeting (actual numbers, projections, and if you’re on pace).
  • Be prepared to share new content you’ve created, where everything is at in its process. 
  • End-of-day collaboration: Content currently in production, what you worked on for the day, and Monthly/quarterly/daily OKRs / KPIs.

  • 2+ years marketing & content experience & strong ability & background to deliver results listed above 
  • Self-Starter & Independence: Content marketing often finds itself on a bit of its own island, because they touch a little of everything. With that said, it's your job to make sure you show up every day and are motivated to work.
