Our client is seeking an experienced operational leader from a commercial HVAC & Plumbing construction background who can balance strategic leadership with a hands-on approach. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing teams, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the continued growth of a regional business.

The successful candidate will have:
  • 10+ years' leadership experience within commercial mechanical construction (HVAC & Plumbing).
  • A proven background managing multiple projects, operational teams and P&L performance.
  • Strong experience overseeing project delivery, estimating, forecasting, budgeting and labour planning.
  • The ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, general contractors and developers.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety and mechanical construction operations.
