Reporting to the Manager, Procurement & Contracts, the role supports the administration and delivery of procurement activities, with a focus on end-to-end RFx processes and contract administration.

- End-to-end RFx delivery through to contract award
- Stakeholder management across diverse teams
- Business partnering and procurement advisory support
- Supplier management
- Supporting procurement excellence initiatives as required
About You
You will demonstrate recent, practical procurement experience and a proactive approach. This role requires someone switched-on, motivated, and comfortable operating in a changing environment. You will need to demonstrate:
- Recent end-to-end tendering experience or strong involvement in RFx processes
- Recent contract management or administration experience
- Understanding of RFx processes beyond document collation, including supplier interaction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A relationship-focused, adaptable and proactive working style
