We are helping to hire a first boots on the ground, Outbound AE. This is a fully remote role.
The business has seen rapid growth over the last couple of years from 0-2m ARR with plans to get to 10m ARR by the end of 2027.
All of this revenue has come from an inbound motion and the plan is now to develop an outbound motion as well. As the first Outbound AE you would work closely with the Founder whilst having full ownership of developing and running an outbound motion from scratch.
There is significant earning potential here with the business paying an incredibly strong uncapped OTE of 15% against all closed won outbound (including recurring multiyear agreements) - the ACV is minimum 25k.
What we’re looking for –
- Experienced in closing deals at 25k ACV + (25k minimum)
- Someone that is a true full 360 AE from generating pipeline to closed won
- Understand, enjoy & thrive working in a true start up environment and are keen to build something from the ground up again
- Previous experience in building out an outbound motion from scratch (previous first boots on the ground ideally)
- Sold complex solutions (non-transactional), if you’ve sold route optimisation software, then great, but other complex solutions/sectors will also be considered.
- Able to confidently talk through previous wins/successes (end to end deals) and understand your metrics of what success looks like & how you got there (so that you can repeat it here!).
