关于团队与岗位

随着 Avatar 项目数量、模型复杂度和所需数据量的持续增长，我们需要一位 数据与评测专家，将数据供给与模型评测转变为 稳定、专业、可持续的核心能力。

这个岗位处在 数据工程 × CV/视频模型理解 × 评测体系建设 的交叉地带：你将拥有数据 pipeline 和评测工作的完整 Ownership，直接影响模型训练质量和迭代效率。

岗位职责

• 搭建并运营面向多个 Avatar 项目的 端到端数据 pipeline：覆盖数据收集/下载、清洗、过滤、标签和按不同项目训练需求交付的完整链路
• 设计合理的 大规模数据处理架构，包括分层过滤漏斗、GPU 资源合理利用，在速度、成本和有效数据产出之间取得最优平衡
• 逐环节检查过滤、标签与抽样结果，与算法工程师确认产出是否符合训练预期，建立质量闭环
• 建设 模型评测体系：构建测试集、定义评测维度与标准，逐步覆盖客观指标、内部标准测试集和主观评测
• 随每版模型迭代提供 持续、稳定、一致的评测结果，识别 regression 和实际提升，形成版本比较与问题反馈的闭环
• 根据算法工程师的新数据需求，快速调整或扩展 pipeline，从存量或新收集来源及时供给数据

任职要求

• 学历：硕士及以上学历、计算机大类相关专业
• 有 大规模数据 pipeline 的实际工程经验，能够讲清端到端项目中的本人责任、各环节设计、质量检查、迭代动作和结果
• 具备 CV / 视频模型或相关模型 的研究或项目基础，能理解模型训练需求并与算法工程师共同定义数据与评测输入
• 有 规模化数据处理和工程取舍 能力：能说明数据规模、过滤漏斗设计、GPU/成本/速度取舍及结果复盘
• 具备良好的 质量意识与细致验证 习惯：能逐环节检查过滤、标签和评测结果，主动发现异常并推动修正
• 有 跨角色协作 经验，能够与算法工程师紧密配合，从需求澄清到数据/评测交付形成闭环

• 有 评测体系建设 的实际经验：测试集构建、评测维度设计、版本比较与问题/regression 识别
• 有 Avatar、视频生成、口型/时序质量 相关项目经验
• 有 外包数据或评测管理 经验：供应商质量管理、验收机制设计
• 能从 模型现象和论文/benchmark 出发设计评测维度和测试集
