岗位职责

• 多智能体框架设计：主导设计并实现大规模多智能体协同框架，构建具备高级任务推理、动态规划与自主执行能力的代理系统，确保复杂业务场景下的高可用性与可扩展性
• 核心场景技术攻坚：负责智能助手、智能客服等核心场景的技术架构设计与攻坚，建立可解释、可追溯的 Agent 行为决策机制，推动产品化落地
• 性能优化与工程化：主导 Agent 系统的性能优化与工程化实践，包括推理加速、资源调度、容错机制等关键技术突破
• 跨团队技术 Leader：协同产品、算法、工程团队完成系统集成，制定技术规范与最佳实践，推动 AI 能力在 Zoom 生态中的创新落地
• 团队建设与技术传承：参与团队技术方向规划，指导初中级工程师成长，推动技术分享与开源贡献

任职要求

• 硕士及以上学历，计算机 / 人工智能相关专业，5 年以上 NLP / LLM / Agent 研发经验，其中至少 3 年 Agent 系统开发经验
• 深度理解 Transformer 架构原理及主流 LLM 技术栈（如 LangChain、AutoGen、LlamaIndex），具备 LLM 预训练、微调、推理优化及评估的完整实践经验
• 具备大规模多智能体系统的架构设计与落地经验，精通 ReAct、CoT、ToT、ReWOO 等推理框架，有智能助手 / 客服类产品从 0 到 1 的完整交付经验
• 扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础，熟悉知识图谱构建、向量检索（RAG）、Agent 行为建模及强化学习在 Agent 训练中的应用
• 具备优秀的系统设计能力，熟悉分布式系统、微服务架构，有高并发、低延迟系统优化经验
• 具备出色的技术 Leadership，能够推动跨团队协作，制定技术方案并落地执行
• 优秀的问题分析与解决能力，能够在复杂场景下快速定位问题并提出创新解决方案
• 良好的英文读写能力，能够阅读前沿论文并与国际团队高效协作
