Java开发工程师（Search DB & Storage)

岗位职责：

1.负责 Java 后端服务的设计与开发，保障代码质量，持续推动系统优化与稳定性建设；

2.参与需求分析与技术方案设计，撰写高质量的技术设计文档；与前端、测试、产品等团队紧密协作，保障项目高质量交付；

3.具备扎实的工程能力，能够独立完成高难度任务的设计与实现，并高效定位、解决开发阶段及线上环境的技术难题；

4.参与 RAG 链路中检索层的设计与优化，通过 Hybrid Search（混合检索） 持续提升大模型召回的准确性与时效性；

5.参与 Elasticsearch 集群的运维、监控与容量规划；探索并落地 AIOps 实践，借助 AI 工具与 Agent 实现故障自愈与性能预警。

任职要求:

1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年及以上 Java 开发经验；

2.Java 基础扎实，深入理解 IO、多线程、集合等核心机制及 JVM 原理；

3.熟练掌握 Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流开源框架，深入理解其设计原理与实现机制；

4.熟悉常见 Web 安全场景及对应的防护方案；

5.熟悉 Redis、Kafka、Elasticsearch 等常用中间件的使用与运维；

6.掌握 MySQL 数据库设计与性能调优，熟悉 DynamoDB、MongoDB 等 NoSQL 数据库；

7.能够熟练使用 AI 辅助编程工具（如 Cursor、Claude Code 等）开展日常研发工作；

8.具备良好的沟通表达与团队协作能力，主动性强，执行力突出，责任心强；

9.对 AI 领域具备浓厚兴趣与持续的自驱学习能力，主动跟踪 Agent、RAG 等前沿技术趋势。

加分项:

1.具备 Elasticsearch 源码优化、插件开发或 Lucene 深度实践经验者优先；

2.对 AIOps 有浓厚兴趣，能够运用技术手段提升系统自动化治理水平；

3.熟悉 Milvus 或同类向量数据库，了解 PostgreSQL；

4.熟悉 Python，能够独立完成数据处理、脚本开发或 AI 相关工具的快速原型搭建；

5.对 RAG、Agent、MCP、Embedding 等 AI 前沿技术保持浓厚兴趣，持续关注大模型应用的发展动态。
