Backed by an extensive global supply chain, they partner with premier luxury hotel chains, multi-site groups, and regional operators to deliver exceptional guest experiences across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify, develop, and convert new corporate account opportunities across luxury hotel groups to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Strategic Account Management: Build long-term relationships with C-suite, brand, procurement, operations, and development teams across multi-site hospitality clients.

Category & Share of Wallet Expansion: Proactively analyze client needs to introduce new product categories (OSE, textiles, amenities) and maximize revenue penetration.

Commercial Negotiations: Lead commercial agreement negotiations, structure group supply contracts, and conduct regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal supply chain, customer service, product, and finance teams to deliver seamless client solutions.

Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain precise opportunity pipelines, CRM data, and sales forecasts to present market intelligence to leadership.
Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of successful regional B2B sales management and/or operational management experience within the luxury hospitality sector.

Product Knowledge: Proven track record of growing sales for consumables, OSE, textiles, guest amenities, or related hospitality supply lines.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Hotel Management, International Business, Finance, or a related field.

Skills: Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling capability, advanced negotiation skills, and proficiency with sales tools/CRMs.

Languages & Mobility: Excellent written and spoken English; willingness to travel approximately 25% across the APEC region for QBRs, client meetings, and industry events.
