We are looking for a Systems/Software Engineer VI with strong experience in analytics, data engineering, and software development to join a dynamic team supporting the development of data-driven solutions and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and enhance analytics tools and software applications.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate, reliable, and up-to-date data.
- Build, implement, and maintain server and database infrastructure for optimal system performance.
- Perform data processing, statistical analysis, and generate actionable insights.
- Maintain and enhance existing programming and analytics tools.
- Analyze complex datasets and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical initiatives and projects.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Looker, Databricks, or other data visualization and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present technical insights clearly.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in the IT services industry is an added advantage.
