Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organisation in the Consumer Electronics industry to hire a Regional Manager. This opportunity is based in Johor.

Position Overview

Lead and oversee the sales, operational, financial, people, and customer service performance of multiple branches within the assigned region. Drive sustainable business growth and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with organisational standards, policies, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, manage, and supervise sales strategies for all assigned branches.
  • Ensure the Company achieves its monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial planning for branch operations.
  • Manage and control operational costs effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure operating expenses remain within the budget and limits approved by the Company.
  • Monitor operational and financial performance and provide periodic reports to the Company.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, housekeeping, and workplace environment across all branches.
  • Ensure branch facilities are properly maintained and fully operational.
  • Ensure employees deliver service that meets the Company's quality standards.
  • Ensure all Company operations run smoothly, efficiently, and without disruption.
  • Ensure all operational processes comply with the Company's policies, SOPs, and established standards.
  • Implement and maintain consistent quality assurance across all branches.
  • Enforce the Company's disciplinary policies and standards among employees.
  • Conduct and manage disciplinary actions in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.
  • Oversee recruitment to ensure all positions are filled with competent and qualified personnel.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement employee training and development programmes on a regular basis.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is consistently maintained.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally and in accordance with the Company's procedures.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained for all product categories.
  • Monitor and ensure all products meet the Company's quality standards.
  • Perform regional management services for branches assigned by the Company from time to time.
  • Prepare and submit operational, sales, financial, inventory, and human resource performance reports as required by the Company.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience in regional, area, or multi-branch management.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch performance.

  • Experience overseeing operational, financial, inventory, and human resource functions across multiple locations.

  • Experience in recruitment, employee development, and performance management.

Technical / Functional Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of sales strategy development and execution.

  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and expense management.

  • Ability to analyse operational and financial performance and prepare management reports.

  • Sound understanding of SOP compliance, quality assurance, and operational governance.

  • Experience in inventory management and product quality control.

  • Knowledge of customer service management and complaint resolution processes.

  • Ability to oversee branch facilities management and operational continuity.
