Position Summary:
The Driver Helper assists the delivery driver with loading, unloading, and delivering building materials to customer job sites in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading and unloading lumber, building materials, and supplies.
  • Help secure materials for safe transportation.
  • Accompany drivers on delivery routes and assist with deliveries at customer locations.
  • Verify materials against delivery tickets and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating a concrete mixer truck preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Previous construction, warehouse, or delivery experience preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
  • This position requires frequent lifting, bending, standing, and working in outdoor environments. Candidates must be able to safely handle building materials and work effectively as part of a team.

Pay:
$17.00/hr

Work Schedule:
6am – Until job is complete
