We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide short-term leave cover, supporting a diverse portfolio across the Mid North Coast region.
This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive HR professional who can quickly build relationships, provide practical people advice, and effectively support leaders across a broad range of HR matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Workers Compensation claims and injury management processes
- Provide employee relations advice and end-to-end case management support
- Coach and support managers on people-related matters
- Coordinate and manage fitness for work assessments
- Deliver general HR advisory and administrative support to the wider team
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide commercially focused HR solutions
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, case management, and Workers Compensation
- Experience managing complex workplace matters with confidence and professionalism
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to provide on-site support where required
