Senior Manager (Cloud Strategy)

A global IT services company is looking for a Senior Manager.  

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for defining the cloud product portfolio strategy, planning the strategic investment allocation to cloud products both private and public, and executing major strategic initiatives through program/project management team.
Your goal is to transfer and maintain our cloud product offerings as the best hybrid cloud portfolio in the world from scalability, agility, quality and cost efficiency perspectives.

Responsibilities:
- Product portfolio strategy based on the best mix of private and public cloud products
- Pricing strategy to guide our internal customers to maximize their productivity and mid-term ROI
- Budget management through strategic investment allocation based on the product portfolio strategy
- Program/project management to execute the transformation and strategy
- Security and Quality process governance with applying the most-up-to-date industry framework and compliances

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or above degree
- Experience in Cloud platform industry (10 years+)
- Experience in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams (5 years+)
- Good understanding of Cloud industry, technology and DevOps process
- Reasonable understanding of ROI based decision making process and basic accounting
- Previous leadership and management experience of a mid size organization (at least 10, ideally 20+ members) in a tech company
- Outstanding people manager with the ability to influence and grow direct, indirect reports and peers

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
