The Role

This is a Technical Sales Engineer position within a Process Equipment Sales & Servicing division, combining account management, business development, and technical sales. The role will focus on developing relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities across pharma, beverage, dairy, food, and broader process industries.

Covering the northern half of the Island, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost saving, preparing technical proposals and quotations, and supporting sales opportunities through CRM. The role will involve site visits, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and promoting process equipment, servicing solutions, spare parts, consumables, and decarbonisation technologies.

The Person

At least 3 years’ technical sales experience, ideally with exposure to pharma or beverage markets. A technical background would be an advantage, particularly in heat pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, or similar industries, and experience in fill finish would also be beneficial.

The Package

• Base salary: €60,000–€70,000.
