A growing renewable energy contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects across solar and wider energy solutions.

THE ROLE:

This is a hands-on Health & Safety Advisor role supporting projects across Leinster and Munster. You'll work closely with site teams to maintain high safety standards and drive a positive safety culture across multiple locations.

  • Carry out site inspections and audits across live projects
  • Ensure compliance with Irish health & safety legislation and company standards
  • Review RAMS and provide support to site teams
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety training
  • Assist with incident investigations and reporting
  • Support the implementation of the company's safety management system
  • Liaise with subcontractors, clients and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and identify risks before they become issues


THE PERSON:

This role would suit a Health & Safety Advisor, Health & Safety Officer or EH&S Coordinator looking to gain exposure across a range of renewable energy projects. Candidates from construction, engineering, utilities or infrastructure environments are all encouraged to apply.

  • Background in Health & Safety, EH&S or a related discipline
  • Experience within construction, engineering, utilities or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of Irish health & safety regulations
  • Confident carrying out audits, inspections and site visits
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and reporting abilities
  • Comfortable travelling throughout Leinster and Munster
  • Full driving licence
