The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the growth of new drivers within the platform. Key Responsibilities
- Analyse market data and trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement targeted acquisition strategies across different regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and local partners
- Conduct field visits and outbound campaigns to attract new drivers
- Support and guide new drivers through the onboarding process
- Gather and report market insights to continuously optimise performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and results

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, business development, or data-driven environments
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in sales or B2B environments is advantageous
- A valid driving licence (Category B) and access to a car is preferred
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, SQL, or similar systems is a plus
