Digital Content Project Manager

Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Digital Content Project Manager to join our client's team! They are a recognized global leader in the online space that teaches women how to make fitness and food fit into their life and not the other way around. They help their clients gain the valuable science-based knowledge their clients need to get the results they know they deserve.⁣ They are highly organized and structured and are looking for a coach in the field of nutrition, fitness or mindset who can join their team as they coach people all over the world to feel happier inside and out.

They are looking for a project manager to come join their team and help oversee the content team!

Structure & Compensation

• Full Time Opportunity
• In Office 2 to 3 Days a Week - Office Based Right Near Crosby Beach
• £55,000 - £72,000 a year OTE (Depends on Experience) 
• 28 days holiday, Casual work clothes 
• Partial work from home / Personal Health Coaching

Day to Day

• Oversee the content team, providing constant communication with them; and managing the different projects
• Ensuring the team is delivering the projects across YouTube, podcasts, TikTok, Facebook etc
• Setting time frames and creating overall organization 
• Spending time with the Co-found; creating new project management strategies 

Ideal Candidate

• You are experienced & passionate about project & team management
• You are passionate about health & fitness
• Experience in overseeing digital platforms is not necessary
• You have concise & transparent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Exceptional attention to detail while understanding the need for efficiency and timely production.
• Confident in their ability to work independently and show initiative when needed.
• Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Must be willing to work as part of a team, including communicating daily with leadership and other team members.
• Confidence to communicate honest thoughts on the direction of the creative.
• Must have active and flexible communication skills.
• Passion, energy and determination to be part of a rapidly growing global health and well-being organization.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 + years experience in project management is ideal.
• It is preferred that the project manager will be North West based and be available to work from our Liverpool HQ 2-3 days per week where possible.
• Experienced project manager and leader. Proven experience motivating a team and creating high quality projects on time.
• Must possess strong planning and organizational skills.
• Experience of using Trello will be highly advantageous.
• Understanding of digital content production schedule and techniques.
• Understanding or experience of different social media platform guidelines such as Instagram reel/IGTV/feed post ratio and duration advantageous
