CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner for our client at a unique remote operation in the Northern Territory.
This role will suit an organised and proactive maintenance professional with experience in maintenance planning, CMMS systems, facilities or asset management, and contractor coordination.
The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and coordinating preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities across a large and diverse operation, while supporting the Technical Services team to ensure maintenance is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and coordinating preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities across a large and diverse operation, while supporting the Technical Services team to ensure maintenance is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Create and manage detailed maintenance work orders
- Plan and prioritise unscheduled maintenance and breakdowns
- Maintain accurate asset information, maintenance history and technical records
- Manage and maintain the site's CMMS
- Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians, supervisors, contractors and external service providers
- Allocate appropriate personnel and equipment for scheduled maintenance activities
- Liaise with service technicians regarding completed and upcoming works
- Support contractor management, fleet-related work orders and maintenance administration
- Conduct asset audits, reporting and maintenance system updates
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with relevant safety requirements and procedures
- Provide support to the Technical Services team and assist with supervisor coverage when required
- Previous experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination or facilities/asset management
- Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes
- Experience using a CMMS
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills
- Experience coordinating technicians, contractors and external service providers
- Strong Microsoft Office and database skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Facilities management, asset management, hospitality/resort, mining, construction, defence, logistics or similar industry experience will be highly regarded
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- $90,000 + Superannuation
- Accommodation and meals provided
- Residential position preferred | FIFO considered for the right candidate
