Job Summary

Freyssinet is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead daily field operations on bridge replacement, bridge rehabilitation, structural concrete repair, and heavy civil infrastructure projects throughout the United States. Working closely with the Superintendent, this role is responsible for directing field crews, coordinating daily work activities, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with experience in heavy civil or structural concrete construction who enjoys mentoring crews, solving challenges in the field, and taking ownership of project success.
