Civil Labourers & Plant Operators | Toowoomba & Lockyer Valley | QLD

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Plant Operators for multiple civil construction projects across Toowoomba, Lowood, Fernvale, Haigslea and surrounding areas.

With a number of current and upcoming projects throughout the region, we're looking to hear from experienced civil workers interested in ongoing opportunities closer to home.

We have opportunities across subdivision, road construction and general civil infrastructure projects, with roles available for experienced Civil Labourers as well as candidates with plant operating experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Depending on your experience and the project, duties may include:

• General civil labouring across subdivision, road and infrastructure projects
• Grade checking and working to levels
• Trenching, pipe laying and assisting with drainage works
• Spotting machinery and working around existing services
• Site preparation and general earthworks
• Operating rollers, skid steers / posi tracks and other civil plant
• Working alongside excavators, graders and other plant
• Road construction, gravel, subgrade and pavement works
• General site clean-up and maintaining a safe work area

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in civil construction
• Subdivision, road construction or infrastructure experience highly regarded
• Experienced Civil Labourers are encouraged to apply, with plant tickets not essential for labouring positions
• Grade checking, pipe laying and services experience highly regarded
• Plant operating experience with relevant tickets / VOCs for operator positions
• Roller, Skid Steer / Posi Track and other relevant plant tickets highly regarded
• Valid Construction White Card
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working as part of a civil crew

What We Can Offer: 

• Highly competitive pay rates | $39 - $45ph + penalties, travel and meal allowance - OVERTIME AVAILABLE
• Rates dependent on experience, skills and tickets
• Overtime available
• Multiple projects across Toowoomba, Lowood, Fernvale, Haigslea and surrounding areas
• Monday to Friday work
• Approximately 40–50 hours per week / 8–10 hour days
• Immediate and upcoming starts
• Ongoing opportunities
• Temp to perm opportunities available
• Weekly pay
