CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Civil Foreman/ Leading Hand for our client to oversee civil works on a commercial construction project. The role will be responsible for coordinating site crews, subcontractors and plant while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification. Projects based in South Brisbane,Queensland.
This role will suit a hands-on Civil Foreman/Leading Hand with strong experience in earthworks, drainage, civil concrete, formwork and associated groundworks, requiring someone who is comfortable managing multiple activities in a fast-paced commercial site environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate civil works including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, sewer, water, and services installation
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews to ensure productivity and program delivery
- Monitor works against project schedules and report progress to the Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA standards, and WHS requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and maintain a strong safety culture
- Liaise with engineers, surveyors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve construction issues
- Maintain daily site records, QA documentation, and progress reporting
- Ensure works are delivered on time and within budget constraints
- Proven experience working as a Civil Foreman/Civil Leading Hand on civil commercial projects
- Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, utilities, and subdivision works
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and QA processes
- Relevant Civil Construction or Engineering qualifications highly regarded
- Current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Car
