Job Duties

  • Act as a key business partner to legal professionals and internal stakeholders on revenue-related matters.
  • Drive the firm's revenue cycle, ensuring the timely conversion of work completed into billings and collections.
  • Provide valuable insights on working capital performance, billing trends, and revenue opportunities.
  • Take ownership of complex billing requirements and support the delivery of high-quality client service.
  • Collaborate with regional and international finance teams on e-billing and revenue initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvements in financial processes, systems, and operational efficiencies.
  • Contribute to a collaborative finance function that supports a high-performing international practice.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in revenue control, billing, accounts receivable, credit control, finance operations, or related areas.
  • Background within legal, consulting, accounting, or other professional services environments would be advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
