About the Opportunity

This is more than an executive leadership role.

It is an opportunity to build Davidson's next generation Consulting & Advisory business.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bring together our established Technology Consulting, People Advisory, Project Services and Workforce Augmentation capabilities into one integrated national practice with significant growth potential.

You'll inherit an established client base, a respected national brand, deep sector expertise and an experienced team.

Your mandate is clear:

  • build a profitable consulting business,
  • develop trusted executive relationships,
  • grow workforce augmentation and consulting,
  • create exceptional leaders,
  • and position Davidson as the trusted partner for organisations solving complex People, Projects, Technology and Change challenges.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for an executive who has built, grown or transformed a consulting, advisory or professional services business.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated executive leadership experience with full P&L accountability.
  • A proven ability to grow profitable consulting, project and workforce solutions businesses.
  • A track record of building trusted executive relationships with Boards and C-suite leaders.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams and developing exceptional leaders.
  • Strong commercial judgement across pricing, delivery, forecasting and governance.
  • A passion for building businesses, creating enterprise value and leaving organisations stronger than you found them.
