Key responsibilities
You’ll be the clinical expert supporting infusion technology across hospital departments, ensuring safe, confident, and effective use of devices in critical care settings.
Train & Educate: Deliver high-quality clinical training, product demonstrations, and hands-on end-user education post‑installation.
Support Implementations: Assist with go‑lives, clinical rollouts, and workflow optimisation across ICU, theatres, ED, oncology, and general wards.
Troubleshoot: Provide real-time clinical support, problem-solving, and guidance to nursing teams and hospital stakeholders.
Engage Clinicians: Build strong relationships with clinical educators, nurses, procurement teams, and department leaders.
Collaborate: Work closely with national service, commercial, and applications teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Report: Maintain accurate records of training, customer interactions, and clinical feedback in line with regulatory and safety standards.

Your skills and experience
Clinical Background: Nursing, clinical education, biomedical science, or medical device applications.
Hospital Experience: ICU, theatres, ED, oncology, or similar high-acuity environments (highly desirable). Communication: Confident presenter with excellent communication skills and the ability to train clinical staff. Autonomy: Comfortable working independently across multiple hospital sites.
Professionalism: Calm, solutions-focused approach in clinical environments. Mobility: Willingness to travel interstate (primarily Sydney ↔ Canberra) and nationally as required.
Eligibility: Full working rights in Australia.
You will stand out if you have
Experience: Previous exposure to infusion technology, medical device support, or clinical troubleshooting.
Skills: Understanding of workflow optimisation, regulatory standards, and hospital safety requirements.
Advantage: Experience supporting medical devices in critical care or high-acuity departments.
