What you'll be doing
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of industries
- Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-enabled tools
- Screening and engaging with candidates professionally
- Assisting with job briefs, ad writing, and talent mapping
- Maintaining and optimising data within our ATS and CRM systems
- Learning how high-quality recruitment and advisory services are delivered
- Real, practical experience in a recruitment and advisory environment
- Direct access to senior recruiters and business leaders
- Exposure to modern sourcing tools, AI, and recruitment tech
- Mentorship and structured development—not just admin work
- A genuine pathway into recruitment, HR, or people advisory roles
- Currently studying (or recently completed) HR, Business, Psychology, or similar
- Strong communication skills and a professional mindset
- Curious, proactive, and keen to learn
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating systems and tools
- Looking for meaningful experience—not just a line on your CV
