Required:
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects
- Proven experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical construction methods, and MEP coordination
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, contract documentation, and change orders
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including cost tracking, forecasting, and contract administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as required
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Experience managing commercial projects within healthcare, office, education, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical environments
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM platforms, or similar construction management technologies
- Previous experience working for a commercial mechanical or MEP contractor
