Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive UX review of the existing solution against the client’s design system.
- Facilitate UX design sessions with the client and key stakeholders.
- Update and refine designs using Figma.
- Produce design outputs that enable developers to enhance the existing build.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the engagement.
- Strong proficiency with Figma.
- Demonstrated experience creating:
- User flows
- Wireframes
- Mock-ups
- Interactive prototypes
- Strong understanding of:
- Information architecture
- Interaction design
- Responsive design
- Design systems
- WCAG accessibility standards
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and modern web technologies.
- Experience designing React-based web applications.
- Experience collaborating with developers to implement reusable UI components.
- Previous experience working within an established design system.
- A focused, hands-on UX design engagement.
- Remote working flexibility with occasional Sydney-based attendance.
