Project Manager (Interior Design Background)

On behalf of a leading global workplace interior design firm, delivering high-profile corporate office projects for international clients. We are hiring a proactive, detail-minded Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (depends on experience) with a interiors / fit-out background to support and drive projects in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate workplace interior design projects from design development through construction, handover, and close-out.

Run client meetings in English, capture key discussions, produce clear meeting minutes, and drive timely follow-up on actions.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, internal design teams, consultants, landlords, and contractors.

Track programme/schedule, deliverables, and decisions; identify risks early and propose mitigation.

Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records to ensure clear project visibility.

Support construction / site communication as needed (not a full-time site role, but strong coordination with construction parties is important).

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English (client-facing, international environment).

Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership with reliable follow-through.

Confident communicator who can summarize and align multiple stakeholders.

Experience in project coordination/management for interior design or fit-out is a must. Project experience for workplace / corporate office is preferred, and luxury shop can be considered.

Candidates from an interior design background are strongly preferred.
