About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership across complex enterprise technology initiatives.
Working within a high-profile program environment, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solution architecture, producing detailed designs, and ensuring technology solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with broader business and technology strategies. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, development teams and technical specialists to deliver innovative solutions that support critical organisational objectives.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership across complex enterprise technology initiatives.
Working within a high-profile program environment, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solution architecture, producing detailed designs, and ensuring technology solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with broader business and technology strategies. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, development teams and technical specialists to deliver innovative solutions that support critical organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solution architectures.
- Develop and maintain architecture artefacts, technical documentation and detailed solution designs.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution leads, project teams and business representatives to ensure alignment across technology domains.
- Provide technical leadership, governance and oversight throughout project delivery.
- Facilitate the resolution of complex technical issues and architectural challenges.
- Represent solutions through governance forums and decision-making processes.
- Work closely with SMEs and architecture teams to ensure best practice approaches are applied across projects and programs.
- Minimum seven years' experience in solution architecture, including leading the design of complex enterprise-scale platforms.
- Strong architecture experience across large and complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying enterprise analytical solutions, including SAS or equivalent technologies.
- Experience leading architectural design for enterprise CRM and large-scale integration programs, with Salesforce experience highly regarded.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to balance competing organisational, project and program priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline (desirable).
- TOGAF certification, cloud experience across Azure or AWS, and experience within highly regulated industries will be highly regarded.
- Initial 12-month contract with a potential 12-month extension option.
- Opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Senior-level position equivalent to an EL2 classification.
- Hybrid working arrangements, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
- Multiple location options across Australia, including Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and other major locations.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
