Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day operations within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, effective communication with customers and vendors, and seamless coordination across internal departments.

This position is both operational and customer-facing, requiring strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer purchase orders accurately within a fully integrated ERP system

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and vendors via phone and email

  • Provide timely updates on order status, pricing, and product-related inquiries

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, shipping, etc.) to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment

  • Proactively communicate delays, discrepancies, or issues and work toward resolution

  • Support front-line phone coverage as needed, delivering a professional customer experience

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and updates within internal systems

  • Assist with returns, credits, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

  • Experience working in an ERP system or similar integrated platform preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Previous customer service, order processing, or administrative experience preferred

Benefits/Compensation
  • Full Time

  • First shift (8:30am – 5:30pm)  

  • $17+/hr based on experience

  • Temp to hire position  

  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
