About the Role
We are recruiting for our client, seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as the client-side authority overseeing a vendor-led network refresh project. This role focuses on governance, quality assurance and vendor performance rather than hands-on delivery. You will ensure contractual obligations are met while protecting operational continuity in a live, event-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee vendor delivery against contract, milestones and quality standards
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks and issue escalation
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the vendor
- Review and approve key technical and project documentation
- Lead handover and post-implementation oversight activities
- Proven experience managing vendor-led IT or network infrastructure projects
- Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to review and challenge technical designs and documentation
- Experience working within structured governance environments
- Clear communicator with a calm, delivery-focused approach
