Digital Fundraising Specialist

You'll own the digital execution of high-performing acquisition and conversion campaigns for a roster of Australian charities.

 

You'll manage digital fundraising campaigns end-to-end across every available channel — from paid media setup and optimisation, through landing page conversion, to long-term retention strategy. Working closely with the Head of Digital and accounts team, you'll structure and administer campaigns for a varied portfolio of clients, juggling multiple briefs and deadlines with ease. You'll lead client meetings with confidence, troubleshoot across the set-up, delivery and wrap-up phases, and help generate fresh ideas that keep the agency at the forefront of digital innovation and testing.

 

Your background should include advanced, demonstrable experience running paid media acquisition or conversion campaigns — this is essential, though agency, fundraising or commercial experience are all welcome. You'll bring real depth across Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and comparable platforms, a track record of cost-effective conversions, hands-on landing page development (WordPress, HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and fluency with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and HotJar, always with an eye on funnel performance and cost-per-acquisition. Most importantly, you'll be a natural project manager — organised, proactive, commercially sharp, and a genuine team player who happily backs up colleagues when needed.
