Product Design Lead (ADAS)

They are hiring for a Product Design Lead (ADAS/AD):

Overview:

• Leading and managing a project for an ADAS domain product, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• To meet the objectives, they will effectively manage both internal and external resources, while overseeing cost, product quality, and schedule management.

R&R:

• Lead the development planning and monitor its progress.
• Constantly monitor development to ensure high-quality output on a committed deadline.
• Ensure successful delivery, such as securing adequate expertise and resources or resolving impediments that may disrupt progress.
• Manage product definition to achieve customer specification and manufacturing feasibility.
• Act as the main technical interface for the customer, negotiating requirements and delivery timing with both the customer and the development team.
• Make decisions regarding product design development cost, delivery, and quality.
• Manage risks, configuration, and defects.
• Ensure the execution of Design FMEA and manage Key Characteristics with the support of Quality.
• Support manufacturing in defining process flow.
• Coordinate the Engineering Leaders (Hardware, Software, Mechanics, System, QA, Validation, certification)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Engineering 
• 5 or more years Technical Project management experience in Automotive domain
• Experience of handling technical issues with customer and negotiation.
• Experience working / interfacing with Japanese OEMs, such Nissan, Honda
• English level: TOEIC 700
• Japanese level: JLPT N2 or higher
