ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the executive team, the Chief Commercial Officer will lead the commercial agenda across growth strategy, customer engagement, go-to-market execution and commercial performance.
This role will suit a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational altitude, translating opportunity into scalable outcomes while preserving the customer-first culture that has underpinned success to date.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy across customers, products and market opportunities
- Build a scalable sales and account management model with clear pipeline visibility and forecasting discipline
- Strengthen executive-level customer relationships and drive long-term commercial partnerships
- Introduce greater rigour across pricing, margin management, contracts and commercial governance
- Establish consistent commercial rhythms including CRM, reporting and performance management
- Lead brand positioning and support development of a modern, proactive marketing capability
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and product teams to improve commercial execution
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance enterprise value and support future growth outcomes
- Proven success in a senior commercial leadership role such as Chief Commercial Officer, Commercial Director or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience building and executing growth strategies within complex B2B environments
- Strong commercial acumen across pricing, negotiation, margin optimisation and customer strategy
- Experience implementing scalable sales processes, CRM discipline and forecasting frameworks
- Ability to influence across executive, operational and customer stakeholder groups
- High emotional intelligence with a collaborative and pragmatic leadership style
- Experience operating within manufacturing, product-based or operationally complex businesses highly regarded
- Preferred experience within FMCG, consumer goods manufacturing, personal care, healthcare, nutrition or adjacent sectors
