What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and developing net new business opportunities within the New Zealand mid-market
- Managing multiple active sales cycles simultaneously with a strong focus on closing new business
- Selling a powerful suite of ERP, financial management, and broader business application solutions, including e-commerce, budgeting tools, data management, and managed services
- Working collaboratively with solution architects, pre-sales, and internal specialists to deliver the right outcomes for your clients
- Building your personal brand and leveraging your existing network to generate pipeline
- Engaging in complex, consultative sales processes with well-considered deal structures combining licences, subscriptions, and professional services
- A proven, quota-carrying B2B sales professional with a genuine hunter mentality
- Solid experience selling ERP, FMIS, or SaaS business applications (CRM, HRM, or similar) - this is essential
- A track record of selling to mid-market businesses
- The ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple opportunities on the go at once
- A collaborative approach. You'll work closely with technical and pre-sales teams
- Strong presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent a premium brand with confidence
