You've spent a decade mastering the numbers. This is a strategic seat at the table; partnering directly with the CFO, SLT, and Board to turn financial data into sharp, forward-looking decisions. You'll lead the full planning and performance cycle: budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting packs, scenario modelling, and the materials that land in front of directors.   You'll also help to mentor a high-performing team of analysts; coaching, challenging, and building commercial capability that lifts the whole Finance function.
  
You're the right person if you...
  

• Are CA / CPA / ACCA qualified with 7–10+ years in FP&A
• Have presented financial reviews to senior executives and board-level stakeholders without breaking a sweat
• Can distil complex financial data into clear, insight-led narratives that drive action
• Have led or been central to enterprise budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles
• Know your way around Power BI, Tableau or TM1 alongside advanced Excel
• Thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment and bring others along for the ride
