Finance Digitalization & AI Solutions Specialist

A Global Life Insurance firm is seeking a proactive Finance Digitalization Specialist to join its Finance Digitalization team, which focuses on improving Finance operations through digital transformation, AI adoption, and system development.
You will work on digitalizing financial processes, improving operational efficiency, and developing data-driven solutions to support management decision-making. You will help transform processes related to financial reporting and key financial indicators by leveraging BI tools, AI technologies, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Finance Process Digitalization: Analyze existing Finance processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement digital solutions to streamline operations
- Business Process Improvement: Understand business challenges and propose practical solutions to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational effectiveness
- BI and Reporting: Support the digitalization of financial reporting and key financial indicators using BI tools, dashboards, and data visualization solutions
- AI Adoption and Integration: Identify opportunities to apply AI to Finance operations and support the implementation and integration of AI-enabled solutions
- System Development and Implementation: Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of systems and digital solutions based on business requirements
- Business Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements from Finance stakeholders, translate business needs into functional or technical specifications, and coordinate with IT/Data teams
- Project Management: Lead or coordinate process improvement and digital transformation initiatives, tracking progress, risks, and deliverables
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Finance teams, IT/Data departments, Group entities, and international stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Documentation and Governance: Prepare project documentation, business requirements, process flows, reports, and other materials to support communication, governance, and knowledge sharing

Required Skills:
- Experience as a Systems Engineer, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, or in a similar IT or business transformation role
- Ability to gather business requirements, analyze workflows, and translate business needs into technical or functional solutions
- Experience supporting system development, implementation, integration, or process improvement initiatives
- Experience with BI tools, dashboards, reporting solutions, or data visualization
- Ability to analyze business data and support the development of reports and performance indicators
- Understanding of data quality, reporting processes, and data-driven decision-making is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan development, model building, or solution implementation
- Ability to understand business planning and reporting requirements and translate them into Anaplan-based solutions
- Experience in one or more areas such as AI output quality management, prompt engineering or prompt architecture, and AI system integration
- Ability to assess AI-generated outputs, improve solution quality, and support the practical application of AI in business processes

Salary: Up to 12,000,000 JPY/Year (9,000,000 JPY base + Bonus +OT)
Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 50% WFH and 50% Work from Office
Holidays: Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), Paid vacation, New Year's holiday, special leave, summer vacation
